We are seeking individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to drive our dealership's success. We Sell. Lease to own and rental both traditional and high line exotic vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling to generate leads
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of automotive products and services
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets
- Maintain a high level of organizational skills to manage customer information and follow-ups
Skills:
- Previous experience in dealership or automotive sales preferred
- Strong sales acumen with proven success in outbound sales
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
- Organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus to cater to a diverse customer base
