What You'll be Doing -

• Leads and/or participates in the project team to develop optimal solutions for client business challenges. Guides the client through design, architecture, estimate, and delivery.
• Works cross-functionally with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and presentations around process and solution options, clearly explaining technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making.
• Manages client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.
• Provides thought leadership around Avtex's core GTM solutions internally and externally. Leads technical workshops to drive enablement and business development.
• Establishes Avtex as a recognized leader in technology-led innovation through public speaking and published thought leadership.
• Utilizes industry and Microsoft contacts to generate new business opportunities and revenue.
• Delivers strategic thought leadership by participating in multiple client engagements simultaneously in both pre-sales and delivery capacities.
• Completes at minimum one (1) certification exam a year.
• Creates, maintains, and submits an accurate weekly timesheet in compliance with time reporting procedures.
• Project leadership responsibilities, but no formal supervisory responsibility.
• Contributes to financial success of the company by driving high billable utilization for project team members under their leadership.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred. Master's a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years' project leadership experience, including 2 years' experience leading enterprise-level projects in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Experience with .Net development using C# and JavaScript
• Microsoft Certified Systems Developer (MCSD) Certification a plus.
• 5 years of experience with full life cycle development utilizing object-oriented designed in a project based environment.
• Rich understanding of the .NET Framework, dotnet core a plus
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Web Development Platforms; and ASP MVC
• Experience using Visual Studio and source control (Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft Dev Ops)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, Microsoft's Entity Framework or NHibernate, Content Management Systems, and Software Development Patterns.
• Experience with integrating with external systems, Dynamics SDK a plus
• Experience with Azure including Logic Apps a plus
• Ability to promote code and artifacts repeatably through environments
• Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with C-level employees within target organizations.
• Ability to communicate Avtex's extraordinary value to help facilitate additional opportunities within the client account.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner.
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to identify and implement IT solutions that solve management needs.
• US Citizenship required

What You Can Expect

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $140,000 to $210,000 USD per year base salary. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
