Paralegal - Insurance Defense

Summary:
Assisting attorney with trial preparation and other duties as requested.
Responsibilities:
- Legal Research
- Propounding and responding to written discovery
- Maintaining regular, professional contact with opposing counsel
- Assisting attorney with trial preparation and other duties as requested
- Motion for summary judgement.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with case management software (Prime Matter)
- Ability to follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Some experience in personal injury preferred
