- Apply senior-level HR Director experience in the Manufacturing industry to drive strategic HR initiatives and solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and transparent communication with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Embrace an open-minded and flexible approach to adapt to evolving organizational needs and changing industry landscapes.
- Act as a true Business Partner, collaborating with various functions of the company and working closely with HR groups globally.
- Utilize experience with Paycom and ADP to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure accurate payroll management.
- Bring tech-savvy skills to leverage digital tools and platforms for HR functions, staying updated on the latest HR technology trends.
- Adopt a metrics-driven and analytical mindset, using data to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR processes.
- Drive key initiatives, including Performance Planning, Succession Planning, and the development of an Equity Compensation Plan.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Corporate Controller and contribute to strategic discussions on financial and HR alignment.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of HR processes and maintain compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall workplace well-being.
- Proven senior-level HR Director experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English; Creole proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage transparently with employees at all levels.
- Open-mindedness and flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
- Experience with HR technologies, including Paycom and ADP.
- Tech-savvy skills, with a familiarity with digital HR solutions.

- Willingness to commit to on-site presence for the initial 90 days, transitioning to 1 day remote and 4 days onsite.
