RESPONSABILITIES:
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor industrial machinery to produce high-quality products according to
production schedules. - Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and
troubleshoot minor issues as they arise. - Setup and Changeovers: Set up machines for production runs and perform changeovers when switching between
- product types on SMED principles.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Efficiency: Continuously improve machine efficiency and production output.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and quality checks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet production goals and resolve any production related issues.
- Training: Train and mentor junior operators as needed.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high level of
quality and safety.
- Minimum of 2 years in a production industry (Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Distribution,
Electronics) - High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or vocational training is a plus).
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA Lockout Tagout Training Experience Requirements
