What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Attendant position at TTI GLOBAL?
*Temp To hire positions typically be assigned to 1st shift for their first day, and can be assigned to train on any shift starting on their second day, for approximately 4-6 weeks.
2nd shift
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a repetitive operation apply rust preventative and thread protectors to finished housings, and then palletizing housings for shipment. Does not require setups.
- Follows verbal instructions from the foreman as to the proper methods and operating procedures required.
- Visually inspects housings 100% prior to palletizing.
- Stencils part number on housing. Applies rust preventative and thread protectors to housing. Keeps log book updated.
- Stacks and bands housings by part number, and trucks palletized housings to shipping dock.
- Detects and reports faulty operation of equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to assigned supervisor.
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Observes prescribed safety regulations and other standards of operation and conduct.
- Performs other related duties as directed
Required
Associate must have sit-down forklift experience.
Associate will be required to operate a forklift as part of the job
