Seeking an IT Manager. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate with strong technical skills. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Mac OS and iOS specialist
White glove executive level support
Server, e-mail, and network support
Managing email accounts (Microsoft Exchange and Office 365)--the ability to troubleshoot user lockouts while investigating/isolating causes
Support software and hardware (Mac Laptops, iPhone, printers, etc.)
Manage software licenses (Office 365, Adobe, Endpoint Protection, GoDaddy website management, conferencing with web design vendors)
Maintain and manage vendor relationships and contracts
Support CEO's office and home smart technologies in partnership with existing vendor
Job Qualifications:
Software skills:
Password management (1 Password) and individual Apple keychain management
Equipment management (Addigy) via Apple Remote desktop
Office 365
Pages, Numbers, Keynote
Familiarity with Apple Store processes and repair times
Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Affinity (Designer&Pro) experience preferred for occasional projects
Working knowledge of social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) preferred
Hardware skills:
Windows Server 2016
Windows Exchange 2016
Synology NAS maintenance including DSM updates, co-location data sharing, and file station support
Cisco networking switches, Firewall and Meraki portal management, Ability to schedule local firmware update and guarantee 99% uptime
Avaya IP phone system
Apple product experience (i.e., MacBook pro/air, iPhone, iPad, Apple watch, Air pods, Apple TV)
Additional:
5 days onsite weekly in Midtown Manhattan office
Salary Expectations: $110-120k/yr. (based on experience)
