What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non-Destructive Testing Technician position at TTL?
Who We Are:
Founded in 1964, TTL is an engineering design firm focused on delivering integrated infrastructure solutions for public and private clients. From site and corridor selection to due diligence, design, and construction services, TTL is your trusted partner providing single-sourced custom solutions for complex infrastructure development. With more than 400 team members across the Southern United States, TTL provides a wide range of services, including civil, transportation, and geotechnical engineering; environmental consulting and remediation; testing, inspection, and observation of construction materials; and surveying.
What We Want:
Some jobs are for workers who are happy spending their days behind a cubicle wall, tapping a keyboard, and printing reports. This is not one of those jobs. TTL is seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a non-destructive testing technician, a crucially important job in the field of construction that, in essence, ensures that what goes up does not come down. Our NDT techs are constantly on the go and in the field, conducting tests and inspections on commercial projects, industrial construction, and everything in between. We’re looking for those familiar with standard ultrasonic testing, phaser ray testing, magnetic particle testing, and coating inspections, among other skills. Some travel may be required, but this is not a job for anyone who feels claustrophobic or scared of heights – at times, we’ll need you in aerial lifts and in confined spaces – but it is for those who like a little adventure alongside their morning coffee.
At TTL, we are driven to serve our clients, our communities, and especially our people. TTL provides a great work/life balance as well as excellent employee benefits, including a robust health and dental plan, a vision plan, a 401(k) program with a company match, flexible spending accounts, and generous paid-time off (PTO) accrual.
Build your foundation. Build your future. Build your legacy.
Come to TTL.
