This position will lead the holistic learning development cycle from collaborating to identify learning and development needs, to design, development, and delivery of learning content and programs. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify North America target audience training needs and support the Learning Needs Analysis Process: conduct asset inventory, support learning solution set identification, create evaluation method, feedback loop and maintenance plan for solution set Establish learning strategies and architectures and defines project scope Design and develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content following instructional design theories, best practices and methods for eLearning, webinars, video tutorials, simulations, instructor-led training, etc. Support delivery of training via online courses, virtual, and face-to-face facilitations. Oversee curriculum development and create course content and instructional materials with clear learning objectives, interactivity, visuals graphics to enhance the learning process. Evaluate Business Impact: identify programs to evaluate, review / create / update evaluation plans, collect evaluation data, analyze and synthesize data, report business impact Ensure TTM learning content is aligned to the needs of the business and is ITAR compliant Maintain Learning Elements: monitor quality of learning objects, identify objects for maintenance, replacement, or inactivation, conduct minor maintenance of learning objects, support learner access to learning objects through various mediums, provide metrics on learning objects Provide user support; create user groups, set up and assign courses, train users as needed on the LMS Maintain data integrity for the LMS, such as course naming convention, course descriptions, user groups, etc. Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Lesson and curriculum planning skills Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System (preferably Workday Learning) Visual design skills and ability to storyboard Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts, and create learning exercises/activities. Strong skills gap analysis background with proven experience translating data into the development of training programs to include the creation and maintenance of training curriculum, including leadership onboarding and continued employee development Proven ability to facilitate training programs across a variety of learning platforms, including virtual, in-person, and self-paced Effectively partner with cross-functional team members to understand key opportunities for employee development Strong analytical skills, ensuring instructional materials meet company standards and learner needs Experience managing facets of a Learning Management System (LMS), such as course assignments, completion records, and reporting Create and share business proposals related to training for review and alignment Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor's Degree required Required Experience: 5 years of experience designing and developing course content and instructional materials 5 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding 5 years of experience developing training deployed in a variety of virtual and in-person platforms 5 years of experience developing and implementing process improvements 3-5 years of experience with learning data and learning management systems (LMS) Preferred Experience: 3 years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills Experience with Workday learning Experience with Articulate 360 and/or Rise Aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $65,225 - $108,708 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
