Scope:
The FP&A Director is a key member of the Corporate Finance team responsible for overseeing financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting, and budgeting while working with multiple levels of Company management. This position is located in Santa Ana, CA and will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate FP&A.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and drive core planning processes, forecasts and budgets in close coordination with the VP Corporate FP&A, CFO and other Finance partners
Lead monthly/quarterly management reporting processes
Support annual Strategic Planning and budget process
Prepare regular Board of Directors & investor presentations
Support SG&A departments as a finance business partner
Support quarterly external reporting process
Recommend and implement ways to streamline processes and automate reporting
Provide analytical, modeling and due diligence support for M&A activity as needed
Other ad hoc analytical projects as needed
Lead, develop and train individual contributors and managers
Manage Corporate FP&A staff of 2
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Experience includes working for a billion dollar plus global company with significant Asian operations; public company preferred
Manufacturing experience – ability to understand operations and related challenges. Cost Accounting experience a plus.
M&A experience a plus
Demonstrated experience in driving positive operating cash flow and superior asset/balance sheet utilization
Demonstrated ability to influence business leadership and work across functions
Proven track record of partnering with executive staff to provide to provide business decision support and driving sustainable, profitable growth
Strong competence in quantitative analysis and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and financial systems
Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - able to work collaboratively & consultatively with partner business organization as well as with Finance colleagues
Strong communicator (oral and written), adept presenter to wide variety of audiences
The ability to multitask and deliver against aggressive timelines; excellent problem solving skills, entrepreneurial, flexible and collaborative
Strong IT systems acumen. COGNOS, Oracle, SAP experience preferred
Track record of developing others: mentor, coach, and teach
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/business related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
20 years of experience; minimum 5 years of senior management experience, preferably in a high tech or manufacturing company. Corporate FP&A experience a plus

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
