The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies that support the overall sales and end market growth plans of the Company. This role will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets, while developing the sales channels needed to achieve these goals. The Regional Sales Director will also be responsible for monitoring performance, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
Requirements:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Create and communicate sales goals, budgets and forecasts and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Understand industry-specific trends and competitive landscapes.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Report and implement counter measures against forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Lead Sales Account Managers in Territory management, budget achievement and work results.
Ensure effective CRM utilization for pipelined opportunities, contacts and leads management.
Manage and administer Sales Incentive Plans.
Prepare and conduct monthly and quarterly business review presentations.
Drive new account growth across all End Markets.

Education and Experience Requirements:
BA in Business, Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent experience
5-10 Years Experience as a proven Sales Leader

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
