Growing nationwide transportation company looking for a route dispatcher. Candidates must be knowledgeable in geography and time management skills. You will be responsible for managing daily driver routes including customer service scheduling calls, uploading documentation and updating order status, scheduling orders and taking driver phone calls. Applicants should have very good customer service skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability. Fast-paced environment where daily work must be completed to assist in managing the current day and weekly customer schedule. Transportation background a plus.
