About the Role:
As Senior Lead of Sales Enablement, you will be a critical member of the Tubi B2B Marketing team, supporting the development of our B2B event strategy in alignment with our global revenue goals. This role will manage the execution of Tubi’s B2B in-person and virtual events of varying scale that reinforce Tubi’s sales positioning to advertisers.
This position will support existing event programs, as well as ideating and executing new B2B2C activations, and will be heavily focused on managing logistics, acting as a project manager to multiple concurrent events and executing program plans to ensure overall success of events. The events will range from bespoke client-facing networking events to industry partnerships at large tent pole conferences, and everything in between.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams across Tubi and Fox to understand company objectives, revenue KPIs, and brand messaging for each event.
This position can be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York and will report to the Sr. Manager of Event Marketing, based in San Francisco. Some travel will be required for this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate B2B sponsorship opportunities including industry tradeshows & conferences
- Aide in the development and coordination of marketing asset deliverables for events
- Lead the strategy and execution of in-person and virtual events, such as sponsored conferences, owned events, brand activations, and client networking activities, focusing on outcomes that drive business impact
- Provide consistent and clear communication of events programs to all stakeholders, including preparing and maintaining internal and external event planning documents, checklists, on-site schedules, timelines, recommendations, and budget
- Manage client gifting and event premiums
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Event Marketing to define success metrics and develop processes that will help scale the B2B events function
- Track attendance data, provide reporting and post-event analysis to establish effectiveness and highlight learnings for future programming.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple collaborators and concurrent programs
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders, identify their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to compliance with all insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
- Proactive approach to handling issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems on the event day and in the weeks leading up to it.
- Experience in project management with a track record of successful events.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Expert time management skills.
Basic Requirements:
- 4 years experience in B2B events marketing, specifically experience in a tech and/or entertainment company
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Impressive references and portfolio of previously managed events

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
