Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Respond promptly to service requests from staff and tenants
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various systems and equipment
- Fabricate and install fixtures, furniture, and other items as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when necessary

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Hemet, CA 92544: Relocate before starting work (Required)
