Position Overview

Tuckernuck is looking for a Production Assistant to join our Production team. The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the seamless creation and production of digital assets. Tuckernuck's digital assets are created through the Production cycle. These digital assets are the drivers of a quality customer experience and generate sales of our products.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain the photography studio and assist in both the setup and breakdown for all sets (in-house & on location) on shoot days.

• Steam, organize, and manage all samples for studio and editorial shoots.
• Ensure all new accessories are visible and accessible to stylists.

• Update photography shot list 24 hours before each ecommerce photoshoot and organize/ prioritize shot rack for the following day in accordance with shot list priorities. 
• Serve as the main point of contact on set for crew members and models: organizing call times, crew dinners, airport transfers, hotel check-in, and communication between local production and crew, etc.
• Maintain the photo studio. Support supply needs, space & organization. This includes scheduling a bi-annual inventory count with the logistics team in the studio. 
  • Help maintain the ship station with support from sample coordinators
• Assist stylist and team on packing and unpacking for editorial and lifestyle shoots. 
• Support Product Coordinators with office samples and inventory management. Assist with product preparation for inbound inventory receipts and outbound shipments to the warehouse.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production and Merchandising departments to ensure all digital assets that are produced make their way onto the site. 
• Work with the Logistics and Buying teams to mitigate issues related to sample delivery and escalate critical issues to Producers. Provides input to Producers on the development of alternative solutions.
• Building out the new studio system and trouble-shooting a new and more seamless process for receiving inventory and helping make sure it’s more easily accessible for all shoots- both on and off model.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a related role
