JOB SUMMARY: The protection and preservation of Indian Children and their families, specifically prevention of child abuse. Intake point of contact for all cases. Primary emphasis of this position is the total coordination of all child welfare and services provided. As a front-line supervisor, you will provide advanced level guidance and specialized case management knowledge.
COMPENSATION: $36.86 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- MA degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Four (4) years’ experience in Child Welfare providing direct services to clients.
- Two (2) years’ paid experience as a Social worker in child protective services
- Two (2) years of supervisor experience in either child protective services or an equivalent field.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver’s License.
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations (Personal Auto Insurance & Abstract Required)
- Must complete HIPAA training upon hire
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
