The Associate Director of Career Education role at the Career Management Center at the A. B. Freeman School is responsible for the administration of Career Education curriculum, programs, and outcomes for all Undergraduate and Graduate students, including OMBA, EMBA, and PMBA programs. In this role, the Career Educator is responsible for:
1) administration of career assessment instruments and processes including Career Leader, Birkman, MBTI and others as prescribed;
2) administration of the CDMA curriculum for undergraduate and graduate student,
3) oversight of industry-based communities of practice,
4) training and professional development of new course facilitators, and
5) administration of career education modules in the Business Minor Summer Institute Program. The Associate Director of Career Education will perform these duties in a proactive, collaborative environment that relates to the student as the primary beneficiary. The Associate Director reports to the Executive Director of the Career Management Center.
