What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Coach, Women's Golf position at Tulane University?
Reporting to the Athletics Director or his/her designee, will lead the NCAA Division I womenâÃÂÃÂs golf program. Manages all aspects of the womenâÃÂÃÂs the golf program and recruits nationally and internationally. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Duties include, but are not limited to: successful recruitment of academically and athletically prepared student-athletes; a commitment to student-athlete health and well-being; directing skill instruction and development; coordination of team travel; effective budget management; and monitoring academic progress of student-athletes. Adherence to institutional, conference, and NCAA Division I policies and procedures is required. Secondary responsibilities that align with the selected applicantâÃÂÃÂs skills and the needs of the athletics department may also be assigned.

- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
- Availability to work flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
- Travel with sport teams for away contests
- Thorough knowledge of NCAA and American conference rules and regulations
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years coaching experience
- Master's Degree
- Experience as a head coach at the NCAA Division I level
