Food Server

Tullymore Golf Resort is looking for energetic and success-driven people to join our team as a Food Server at the St. Ives Grille and Tap Room at Tullymore.

As a Food Server at Tullymore Golf Resort, our team-members deliver excellent service in our two restaurants, where we regularly welcome our resort guests, golf groups, members and neighbors.

When you join our team as a Food Server, you play an integral role in our guests experience and help to ensure that they enjoy incredible dining and outstanding service during their visit.

Key Job Functions:

• Provides excellent customer service upon guest arrival and throughout their visit.
• Greets guests and distributes menu(s) based on time of day.
• Offers professional and educated responses/suggestions to any questions revolving around the menu or the Resort.
• Takes guests order in a timely manner and transmits the order to the kitchen informing the chef of any special requests.
• Assembles food on tray and delivers the meal to the guest once all the table’s food is ready.
• Constantly monitors designated tables to ensure guests are satisfied, and that all of their needs are met.
• Removes dishes/glasses when necessary.
• Handles all cash and credit card charges as described by the standard operating procedures.
• Ensures tables, dining room, and bus station maintains a clean and professional appearance.
• Performs setup, cleanup, opening, and closing duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Type and Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position, which averages between 10 - 35 hours per week, based on availability and demand.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift material that could weigh up to 15 pounds and move material that could weigh up to 50 pounds. Also, stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment. Could experience temperatures as warm as 100 degrees and as cold as -4 degrees.
