Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, the Director of District Resource Support will oversee and coordinate support of district-level resource alignment to the strategic plan. This role is responsible for ensuring that there is clear alignment between the support provided to district teams, the strategic plan, and the district budget, and ensures a connection to district planning, site planning, and district level budget processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• A bachelor's degree in education, public administration, public policy, data analytics,
economics, business, management science, operations research, or a closely related
field
• Master's degree or Ed.D. in above fields (preferred)
Experience:
• Five (5) years of experience managing and leading projects and programs
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
