Job Title : Shift Lead

Employee Type : Hourly Non-Exempt

The Shift Lead supervises the operations in the absence of a manager. They will assign duties to team members and readily help any workstation during the shift.

Responsibilities :

• Regular and predictable attendance
• Report any issues that arise during the shift to management
• Manage employee requests and transgressions during the shift
• Ensure compliance with company and government policies, health, and safety standards
• Coach team members and train new staff
• Open and close registers, accounting for the daily intake, and prepare cash deposits
• Handle customer issues and employee disputes
• Ring up special discounts
• Support back of house staff with inventory, labeling, and other duties
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Confident problem-solver
• Team player
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have or be able to obtain a Marijuana Worker Permit
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card
