What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tumbling Coach position at Tumble Shine Athletics?

We are looking for AMAZING people who LOVE working with children.
Experience is not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at Tumble Shine. However, you should show experience working with children or a background in sports.
The ideal candidate can lead a class of young people, is engaging and fun!

We are looking for upbeat, motivated, and organized individuals that have a passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
- *Fitness Training and managing groups of kids *Communicating progress with parents and coaches *Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for families in the gym
Skills:
- *Excellent communication skills with children and adults *Ability to work as a team with other staff *Patience and reliability *Organizational and time management skills *A love for energetic children
**All positions currently listed will start with part-time hours (8-15 per week) and may require working on weekends.**
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $8.50 - $12.00/hour.
