FAA Part 145 Aircraft Repair Station in the Southeastern USA is seeking a highly motivated and energetic teammate to support commercial and government aircraft maintenance and modification projects. The Candidate must be a self-starter with a demonstrated track record of supporting projects with computer application technology and other tools necessary to effectively plan production activities, monitor schedules, produce document deliverables, and analyze workforce effectiveness.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage aircraft project master schedules and forecasts using an integrated maintenance management software system. Track the project’s progress compared to the project plan.
- Create, manage, and distribute project reports.
- Provide a focal point for information flow to and from the production departments, QA, logistics, and the Service Manager.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Three years of relevant experience to include:
- Business or commercial aircraft business operations.
- Managing a production schedule. Specific experience with MS Project is highly desired.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
EDUCATION:
- Degree or certification credentials in computer science, management information systems or business administration preferred.
