Your role at Tumi:
Input 30 bags daily for repair after bags have been taken from boxes and correct information inserted with bag. Enter all pertinent information into SAP, making sure to address consumer concerns. All addresses and names should be checked for accuracy.
- Responsible for the initial receipt of bag(s) from the receiving department.
- Estimate repair costs and assign bag with proper information on tag
- Attention to detail and customer request specifications
- Enter correct data for repair bags into computer system and tag bags
- Understand and implement inspection process and estimate objectives
- Must understand use of style books for correct information
- Know how to issue a special-order number
- Excellent attendance, positive attitude and performance
- Provide good housekeeping procedures
- Other duties may be assigned.
