SERVER ASSISTANT
- Servers Assistants are responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel welcome.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possesses full knowledge of food and beverage products served.
- Assist servers in providing excellent guest service by delivering food and beverages to tables.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Refill water glasses and assist with drink orders.
- Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Help with food preparation and packaging as needed.
- Maintains positive guest satisfaction by exceeding service expectations.
- Sets up and breaks down equipment and supplies.
- Ensures floors are clean of debris at all times.
- Maintains work areas by organizing and cleaning service stations and pre‐bussing tables as needed of all used glassware, chinaware, silverware, etc.
- Assist with cleaning duties when necessary.
- Perform opening and closing duties as per established guidelines.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- 1 years as a Server Assistant or Food Runner in fine dining.
