Position: Production Analyst

Summary: The Production Analyst is responsible for evaluating and improving information flow for the repair of customer product. This includes documenting and studying existing processes, identifying points of inefficiency or potential disruption, and recommending solutions that can streamline operations and improve efficiency. They play an active role in preparing and evaluating key operating data and distributing it to the appropriate departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Responsible for preparing schedule information required to maintain effective operations and provide customers with timely delivery information.

· Prepare reports and data as required for customer reporting of operational performance.

· Responsible for reporting and tracking daily/weekly/monthly metrics to ensure proper evaluation and flow down of key performance indicators.

· Document business requirements and work with internal stakeholders to coordinate execution and implementation of key processes.

· Coordinate, through effective communication with production management operational issues and proactively recommend improvement activities.

· Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements to improve product flow.

· Provide concise information for daily stand-up production meetings.

· Coordinate with production team to identify and resolve problems that arise during the manufacturing process.

· Review daily reports regarding work in progress to maintain a constant awareness of jobs being processed, overdue orders and aged backlog.

Qualifications:

• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate a vast array and volume of production orders.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and maintaining a high level of organization.
• Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
