Spray Foam Technician

Turbo Tek, LLC is currently seeking experienced workers who are highly motivated individuals, safety-focused, and team oriented to install spray foam insulation, air vapor barriers, power washing, and masonry restoration projects. Experience in roofing is a major plus. The job requires a dedicated person with strong work ethics, ability to perform in physically demanding environment, accepts responsibility and accountability, works well with deadlines, and follows instructions. Training and education is provided with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Installers/Sprayers will be responsible for transporting materials, job site preparation, installation and other duties, job site cleanup, and equipment maintenance. This job requires the ability to work in confined spaces while wearing protective clothing and respiration equipment. Turbo Tek is looking for someone who can multi-task and focused on quality work, every time.

Wages: Many of our projects are prevailing wage rate projects. A base pay rate will be determined at time of hire and dependent on experience and skill levels.

Pre-screening will include:

· Drug/alcohol test

· Local, State, and Federal Background Check (a state requirement for public and government projects.)

Required Qualifications:

· Driver’s License

· Physically fit to meet the physical demands

· Ability to pass a respirator "fit" test

· Ability to work in highly elevated environments

· Ability to pass physical exam with lifting of 50lbs or more

· Ability to travel for projects

· Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.

· Extent Flexibility — The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs

· Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations

· Integrity — Job requires being honest and ethical

Required education:

High school or equivalent

Required experience:

At least 5 years of experience in construction or maintenance.

Vapor Barrier experience a plus

Commercial caulking experience a plus

Masonry background a plus

Fire Stopping background a plus.
