We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Designer who can take our brand to the next level. If you are passionate about design, have a keen eye for detail, and are driven to deliver impactful visuals that promote a great user experience, then you might be the perfect fit for our team!
As Our Senior Marketing Designer, You Will:
- Lead Design Excellence: Oversee the design process for our marketing site, collaborating with SEO and product marketing teams to ensure a seamless and captivating design experience.
- Including creating informative and high-converting pages that align with brand and UX standards, translating marketing briefs into visually engaging content.
- Elevate User Experience: Manage large-scale initiatives on our marketing website, maintaining a consistent and engaging user experience across various touchpoints.
- Collaborate: Provide valuable feedback to improve design briefs offering insights to enhance overall design effectiveness. Collaborate closely with product design, product marketing, and content teams to lead design projects and drive concept development.
- Create and Innovate: Design video and graphic campaigns from concept to execution working with the Marketing team, while staying up to date on design trends to push the creative needle.
Non-Negotiables:
- Proficiency in Wordpress, Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong illustration skills, particularly in line work and icon styling.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you'll work closely with product design, product marketing, content, and education teams.
- Must possess pixel-level attention to detail and the ability to uphold and deliver work at the highest quality standards.
- Success will be measured by consistently maintaining and improving brand standards across touchpoints, impacting user experience and conversion rates, meeting deadlines, and actively contributing to design and process enhancements.
To thrive in this position, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
- 4 years of experience in web and graphic design roles, with a proven track record of contributing to marketing campaigns and leveraging A/B testing for data-driven design decisions.
- Ability to deeply understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) profiles and be able to empathize and connect to their fundamental motivations, behaviors, needs and problems.
- A genuine interest in UI design and motion design to display our in-product interface.
- Effective time management and task prioritization are crucial due to involvement in multiple projects with varying deadlines.
The ability to create an inspiring, feedback driven environment that promotes open communication and creativity.

TurboTenant has offices in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado. To foster a strong team relationship and spur creativity, we meet in person 1-2 days per week in the office.

Compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $118,000 equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.
