Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as a project administrator or similar position
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
General Description of job duties:
- Communication is key, this includes answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for project team members
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Sending out samples to potential customers, as requested
- Assist in keeping potential and active projects organized
- Writing up work order forms for our install team leads
- Collect deposits and final payments: this individual must be comfortable with asking customers for large amounts of money
- Provide quality control for customers on their installations: striving for positive Google, Yelp, Etc. reviews
- Assisting with material ordering
- Provide office support and reports, as needed
