Strategically located in Hatfield, MA, Martins Ferry, OH and Sebring, FL, our locations enable us to provide high-quality products and outstanding service throughout the Northeast, Mid Central, Mid Atlantic and Southern markets.

TCS is searching for an Inside Sales Support Specialist atour Corporate office in Brunswick, Ohio. This position oversees the master scheduling tools and maintains data integrity of such tools. Works with sales and manufacturing groups to ensure timely and efficient inventory of products to support sales and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming inquiries from National Account Managers and/or customers and provide detailed information and prompt response.
  • Work closely with National Account Managers to develop quoting strategies to effectively promote Company’s products.
  • Utilize custom Formulator to generate product information/labels used for quoting.
  • Generate custom quotes and send to National Account Managers. Work with National Account Managers to ensure quotes adhere to Company margin requirements.
  • Research and find similar products or quotes. Use standard list of products as alternative to custom products.
  • Enter, update and maintain CRM information on leads, quotes and sales.
  • Maintain accurate record of accounts, opportunities, quotes, contacts and sales in Company database.
  • Generate sales reports as necessary. Analyze sales and margin by region, account and product line.
  • Update customer information in ERP

Qualification and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook. Must demonstrate Excel experience including creating pivot tables, analyzing data and formula creation
  • Strong communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Strong analytical experience

Preferred Skills

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate with divers groups including customers, management, salesforce and vendors
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to define solutions and resolve issues through a conceptual and efficient thought process
