*Your primary focus is to orchestrate multiple appointments daily to drive traffic into the dealership*
Duties:
- Maximize all phone, web and showroom traffic streams
- Constantly takes charge of converting leads to appointments
- Communicate with customers and prospects through their preferred method (call, text, or email) in a timely manner.
- Utilize CRM and effective sales techniques to convert leads into appointments.
- Provide information on available inventory, products, and dealership services.
- Stay informed on BDC representatives' tasks and processes.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and articulately.
- Work closely with Department Manager to reach individual and department goals
- Maintain an organized customer database for efficient follow-ups and repeat business opportunities.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 2 years in customer service.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.

Flexible Schedule: While we require your presence full-time 40 hours a week, Saturdays (10-5pm), we offer a rotating Sunday schedule and one permanent weekday off to ensure work-life balance. Rotating 5/6 day work week.
