Residential Pest Control Technician

Residential Pest Control Technician: The ideal candidate must be dependable, ethical, and have a desire to succeed. This position requires you to be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude is a must! Duties include: Provide timely and effective pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to an established route of residential customers Calculate basic math problems Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents Provide customers with general information about our various services Conduct service calls as needed Problem solving and/or complaint resolution Drive a company vehicle Long periods of walking, up to 7 miles per day, at times with a (up to) 40 lb pack on your back At times, may have to enter/work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing and walking Be able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs Have excellent listening and communication skills Be competent with the use of new technology Be organized and able to manage their own daily route Performs other duties as assigned Preferred skills and qualifications: • Pest control experience • Customer service experience • Experience working outdoors • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Relationship building skills • Problem solving skills Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
