Job Description
- Responsible the management of projects from inception to completion
- Responsible for contract administration and negotiation.
- Participating in forecast, track, monitor and control budget throughout project cycle.
- Ensure the compliance and implement OH&S Systems during the project procurement, delivery and post-contract stage such as site inspection, and implement Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) & Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and other safety audit as required.
- Manage and report the medium range and overall construction programme for the assigned projects throughout project inception, procurement, delivery and hand-over stages.
- Manage the design details approvals process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in a technical related subject such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design or Project/ Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience and a proven track in major infrastructure projects within a commercial setting.
- Experience in coordinating and implementing strategic projects by utilizing effective management principles of planning, resource allocation, communication, formalized documentation, implementation, negotiation, evaluation and reporting.
- Experience in monitoring and managing project cost and budgets.
