The JobWarnerMedia seeks a Production Supervisor for the Adult Development - Toon department. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role to the success of animated productions. Responsibilities include assistance with overseeing budgets and schedules and responsibility for keeping shows on track.
The Daily
- Work closely with Senior Director of Production to create production schedules.
- Oversee production schedules.
- Responsible for day-to-day running of the shows and all related paperwork.
- Responsible for disseminating production information, tracking specific production tasks and relaying information to Senior Director of Production.
- Responsible for creating contracts, managing cast records and archival of all assets paperwork and otherwise.
- Responsible for payment processing and financials tracking.
- Track production progress and compliance with network standards and scheduled delivery dates.
- Communicate closely with creators, studio, cast and crew.
The Essentials
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in production.
- Tech savvy a must! Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is necessary.
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task a must.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, a great attitude and overall enthusiasm.
- High school diploma required.
