Job Summary: As Dynamics GP Consultant, you will play a vital role in our organization by providing both proactive services through account management, and reactive services through solution analysis, design, deployment, and support. You will answer complex questions on the function and usage of Microsoft Dynamics GP products to help our clients realize the maximum value from their existing systems. You will manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the relationship manager to gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, and you will investigate, manage, track and close client support issues, specifically related to the database and functions of the application(s).
As a GP Support Specialist you will be the first line of support for our existing client base and responsible for the delivery and execution of support tasks at the request of the client. Managing client challenges and resolve through close communications and ongoing knowledge from prior experience, training and education.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and improve relationships with clients, key suppliers, and partners
- Operate as a frontline, primary support liaison between Turnkey Technologies and our clients
- Effectively respond to Microsoft Dynamics GP inquiries of both a functional product and technical nature received by telephone or electronically submitted tickets
- Capture and respond to client requests for support services.
- Identify client challenges, collect additional details for client and utilize Microsoft and Turnkey resources to identify solutions.
- Utilize escalation processes to ensure timely case resolution.
- Provide communication on solutions and case updates to clients.
- Utilize Turnkey CRM to create and track client support cases and complete updates to clients account
- Assess a variety of situations; review software configuration, set-up and software code, and identify the correct resolution or escalate according to departmental guidelines
- Report detailed information within the client tracking system and document processes, routines, and programs by following the defined guidelines and team goals & priorities
- Regularly review the database of submitted items and proactively follow up with clients to ensure that their enquiries and/or issues have been satisfactorily resolved
- Work closely with other team members as part of a cohesive group in exchanging knowledge through training sessions and peer to peer interaction
- Maximize and maintain current knowledge and awareness of applications and related technologies
- Work closely with the GP Practice Director on account status, evolving growth focused business processes, and maintaining team cohesiveness
- Provide exceptional customer service and development support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
o 4 years of Dynamics GP manufacturing, supply chain management, project accounting, and field services experience preferred
o 4 years of Dynamics GP implementation experience
o 6 years of industry and/or consulting experience
o Strong attention to detail
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to work as part of a team in the best interests of the client
o Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently
o Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
o Knowledge of industry specific best practices
