HELP WANTED:
Office Coordinator
Full time position will perform a wide variety of tasks requiring knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Includes office coordination, database management, receptionist functions, marketing, and scheduling and supervising office volunteers. Will assist Event Coordinator with event tasks.
Skills: ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage deadlines, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment. Excellent communication skills; strong customer service and social media skills. Basic bookkeeping and analytical skills.
Preferred requirements: proficient in Microsoft Suite and data bases such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher. Experience in on-line software for graphic design, web management, social media, newsletters, invoicing. High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of administrative or office work experience preferred. Familiar with accounting practices and processes. Salary: $18/hour Holiday, Annual Leave, ESST
