Tuttle Click Tustin CJD has an immediate opening for a Saturday/On-Call Receptionist. The Dealership Receptionist is responsible for answering phones and assuring complete customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate may have some experience in a position of similar responsibility (front desk, administrative assistant, etc.). He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule:
- Saturday: 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.
- On-Call: When needed to help with coverage

Responsibilities:
- Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Dealership experience a plus!
- 1-2 years of previous receptionist experience is preferred
- Clerical experience
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
