Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent
As a Superintendent at Perini Management Services, you will have the opportunity to provide overall onsite technical supervision for the new primary electrical distribution infrastructure for the Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
Description:
Supervise construction effort to ensure in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions while maintaining full visitor access to the park.
- Assume responsibility for productivity of electrical subcontractors, efficient use of materials & equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
- Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required.
- Assist project management in developing and implementing phased work plans to cover new power distribution with limited impact to the National Park.
- Implementing and maintaining Site Specific Safety Plan.
- Implementing and maintaining Project Quality Control Plan.
Requirements:
Educational and experience includes:
- Licensed Electrician
- Experience with high/medium voltage electrical distribution construction
- Minimum of 5 years’ electrical supervision experience.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of electrical construction (electrical code, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction and safety required. Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills essential.
