Major Job Function:
Primary responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the legal staff involving the completion of FAA required forms and preparing FAA filing packages, document drafting, handling trust related state filings, closing preparations, and customer service.
Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:
· Undergraduate degree
· Three years Corporate Trust, Legal or relevant experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and SharePoint
· Detail oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
· Team player with ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environment
Regular Duties and Responsibilities:
· FAA Closing and Filing Preparation: Prepare, arrange for signature and deliver FAA closing packages. Set up new transactions on the system, assist in ensuring that all necessary closing documents are obtained and closing requirements are satisfied (i.e., signed documents, trust filings, ACC approvals) in a timely fashion and within the guidelines of the company.
· Business and Statutory Trust Filings: Prepare business trust certificates of registration and file same with Utah Department of Commerce.
· Ongoing Document Preparation: Prepare bills of sale, FAA deregistration letters, letters of appointment, etc.
· General Assistance to trust counsel as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $24.00 per hour
