What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE LEADER - Hyatt House Sacramento position at Twenty Four Seven Hotels?
Our NEW Hyatt House Sacramento is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Maintenance Leader(OEM) to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the opening property team you will help us “craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns” right from the start! Position Responsibiltiies:
- Assist in pre-opening timeline and projects
- Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
- Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
- Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
- Assist in building small team
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
- Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
