Project Manager (Software/IT; Client Management exp. req.; Remote) Description

Our client in the software industry is looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to add to their remote team in the United States. You will be responsible for managing the success of customer-related projects, such as trials, customer onboarding, software implementation, contract renewals, and technical service engagements for Fortune 500 companies. To thrive in this role, you must be proficient with project management procedures and software with at least two years of project management experience, preferably in software/IT solutions. In addition, our client is looking for someone enthusiastic and detail-oriented with business acumen. • Manage customer-related projects to meet businesses objectives
• Assist with customer onboarding, service engagements, and account plans
• Ensure project standards of scope, budget, and timeline are met
• Leverage and improve existing project templates
• Follow project management methodology
• Communicate with customers to identify problems and provide solutions
• Monitor project progress and report on measurable items
• Collaborate proactively with Account Execs, IT, and cross-functional teams
• Devise and implement efficiency improvements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years of project management experience required
• Proficient with project management methodology and software required
