About the job
Twilio's Communications business unit comprises Twilio's largest and most successful products enabling our customers to engage with their consumers over Messaging, Voice and Email channels. In this role you will directly support our VP Global ISV Sales and our VP of Revenue Operations. Your ability to manage competing priorities and engage cross-functional stakeholders is paramount to your success.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
- Provide proactive calendar support, juggling multiple deliverables with competing deadlines, and taking effective action without knowing the full picture.
- Complete a variety of everyday tasks under the direction of your leadership team including, but not limited to, managing complex and busy calendars, booking travel, and being a general deputy of time. File regular expense reports.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events (onsite & offsite), including ongoing department meetings and events when the leadership or staff is traveling.
- Project manage ongoing initiatives via meeting management, document organization, and both email and in-person follow-ups. Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful project completion.
- Work closely with the leader's staff on initiatives including team engagement, professional development, and career growth.

Required:
- 5 years of administrative support experience.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to balance the needs of multiple senior leaders, and longer-term projects.
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
- Flexibility to be available beyond normal office hours and support remote work and travel schedules.
- Proficiency with Mac and the Google suite of business programs, especially Google calendar, mail, drive, docs, and sheets.
Location
- This role will be fully remote within the United States.
- Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado: $90,320.00 - $112,900.00.
- Based in New York, Washington State or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $95,680.00 - $119,600.00.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $106,240.00 - $132,800.00.
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
