What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Twin Cities IV?
This position is 100% remote (work from home) besides 3-5 days of in-person training in Broomfield, CO. Must reside in Colorado.
Job Description:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries for mobile IV hydration.
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including maintaining patient records and updating information in the system.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Assist with billing (Send Invoices)
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical administrative support role preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Professional written and oral communication skills.
Job Type:
- Part-time
- 24 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, days will vary, must be able to work every 3rd weekend.
- Shift Hours. 6:30am to 6:30pm
- $20.50 per hour.
