A booming manufacturing company is looking for press machine operators on the second shift to start immediately. This press machine operator position is entry-level and the company is willing to train.

Location: Monticello, MN

Hours: 2 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Wage: $18/hr.

Duties of the press machine operator:

  • Complete the initial inspection of the product being produced and determine if it is a conforming or non-conforming product
  • Knowledge and understanding of the usefulness of press samples
  • Read, understand, and carry out the processes stated in the SOP
  • Ensure the workstation is clean and free of debris prior to leaving
  • Prep, tape, tare, and weight boxes

Qualifications of the press machine operator:

  • Required to perform repetitive motions on a daily basis
  • Able to operate handheld tools - trimming knife, de-burring tool, jigs, and fixtures
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Read, speak, and write the English language legibly.
  • Perform basic mathematic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
