• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes

• Use your experience to train inexperienced agents through our Mentorship Program
• Provide world-class customer service to your mentees & clients, to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume

• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

• A successful and proven sales history (average of 5 closings per year)
