Compensation:
$110,000 - $140,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Use your experience to train inexperienced agents through our Mentorship Program

Provide world-class customer service to your mentees & clients, to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume
Qualifications:-
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- A successful and proven sales history (average of 5 closings per year)
