About the Job
We are seeking a Junior Content Producer for a german multinational sports brand.
our mission will be to:
- Manage small-mid scale integrated productions from production kick off through content delivery.
- Set and communicate timelines and ensure all milestones and budget are met from pre-production to post-production.
- Advise stakeholders in all content production related matters with creative and budgetary solutions for improving quality.
- Create budgets and manage all costs and financial paperwork associated with production.
- Source and evaluate appropriate vendors to ensure creative and production are supported by the best resources.
- Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders, including the Creative Team, Creative Planners, BU Strategists, and outside vendors/partners.
- Provide support to other Content Producers and Department Head.
- Manage sample inventory and production-related databases/paperwork.
- 2-3 years of experience in a production role at a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
- Experience in working in all phases of integrated campaigns.
- Experience in managing production budgets.
- Strong communication skills to interface with internal teams and outside vendors.
- Proven ability to work quickly and independently, resolving problems with little to no supervision.
- Expected travel up to 50%.
