We seek an experienced Company Trainer from the alternative lending industry who can own the entire training process at TwinFold Capital. This Training Specialist will train incoming sales representatives and occasionally train for other positions. We welcome your creativity and successful methods!
Job Duties Include:
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement a variety of learning modalities for internal and external engagement
- Apply standard adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to build creative, fun, and engaging learning experiences
- Ability to encapsulate information down to the most relevant and impactful learning points
- Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs, collect content, and review training materials with
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
- Regular evaluation of training to determine corrections or improvements with modules
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting evaluations and identifying areas of improvement
- Align training and evaluation metrics to the company's revenue goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- MUST come from the alternative lending or finance sales field
- 3-5 years of experience in company training
- A minimum bachelor’s degree (BSc) in education, business, finance, Human Resources (HR), and other related courses
- Subject matter expert with sales training with alternative lending or finance company
- Familiarity with measuring learning through surveys, knowledge checks, rubric scorecards, etc. that reveal training program's success and effectiveness
- Familiarity with pulling reports to analyze sales performance and presenting data to stakeholders
- Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity
- Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
- Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner
- High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
- Experience with the use of eLearning tools or video/audio production tools to develop training modules needed in online platforms
- Experience collaborating with various departments to retrieve correct information for curriculum and to stay on brand with the company
