Twins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a receptionist to join our Wayland team. Looking for a candidate with high energy. Our receptionist checks all of our guests into the store, verifies appointments, and assigns customers to a sales professional. We do promote from within, and are looking for someone to move up as they grow with us.

Responsibilities-

  • Handling in-bound calls
  • Making out-bound appointment confirmation calls
  • Greeting customers that are arriving to see vehicles
  • Get customers paired up with a sales person
  • Taking copies of license and insurance info for test drives
  • Taking phone calls and relaying messages
  • Keeping test drives documents organized

Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
