Hours & Pay:

- Hours Available: Monday-Sunday 5:30am-5:30pm

- 10-35 hours per week available

- Must have a flexible schedule including weekends

- Hourly starting pay is $12.00/hour depending on experience
($10.00 $2.00 On Time Based Bonus)

- Hourly Bonus Tips = $18.00 - $22.00 / hour

- Average pay is $19.00 /hour ($10 Hourly $1.00 Closer Pay $2.00 Hourly Bonus $6.00 Tips)

- *Tips received after training period.

- Paid Vacation for Full Time Staff after year

Experience is preferred, but not necessarily required ~ willing to train the right candidate. Must possess excellent communication skills, have a positive/friendly attitude, a desire to provide outstanding customer service, and can work independently and in a team environment. The position is extremely fast paced and includes making coffee drinks, customer service, and cash/credit transactions. Candidate must be willing to be flexible and wants to work in a fast paced environment. Looking for someone who possesses the following skills:

Responsibilities and Duties

· Cash Handling

· Order taking person-to-person and over a headset

· Operating Espresso Machine, blender, grinders and brewers.

· Implementing techniques and training to deliver premium drinks to customers

· Daily Cleaning - including light cleaning, mopping, sweeping, restrooms, and dish washing

· Opening & Closing of cash registers

· Food preparation
