What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Two Coast Living?

As a Painter, you are essential to the propertys ability to meet its readiness and leasing goals week-to-week. You will use your strong attention to professionally paint recently vacated apartments to help prepare them for rent to new residents.
